Giving Thanks

An all new quote has been requested
Or else my bodily person molested;
And so I am writing less I be bested
By all my friends whom I have guested.
The only subject which does come to mind
For me to write of, poorly rhymed,
Is the joy and relaxation which I did find
From seeing again all those left behind.
And yet for me to write such a quip
Would casually cause this quote to slip
Into the hideous Turlough sap which does drip
From my ever-quoting fingertips.
And so, short of going out to extremes
Of writing Megadethian lyrics of screams,
I will simply leave you with "pleasant dreams"
and a quote that doesn't rhyme.
Thanks again.
