Jabbin' Me

September 6, 1988
Sung to a punk version of "Jammin' Me" by Tom Petty

You got me with your elbow
You got me in the balls
One more time with the shoulder
One more time I'm gonna fall

Take back your slamdances
Those things are hurtin' me
Take back your slapping faces, baby,
or my nose will start to bleed...

You're jabbin' me
You're jabbin' me
Quit jabbin' me
Baby, you keep hitting me
   turning with your elbow
and I'd say that I'm ok
if my lips didn't swell closed

Take back your studded bracelet
Take back your whips and chains
Take back your safety pin
That you stuck right thru your brain

Take back Sid Vicious
Take back Dead Kennedys
Take back Clash and Black Flag now
Give them all hemlock for tea...
You're jabbin' me
You're jabbin' me
Quit jabbin' me
Baby, you keep hitting me
   turning with your elbow
I'd say that I'm ok
if my lips didn't swell closed

Take back your sex pistols members
And those red hot chili pepper guys
All those metal-headed music streakers
If I dance any more I could die...

You're jabbin' me
You're jabbin' me
Quit jabbin' me

Take back all the skinheads
Take back all their guitars
Take back that chewing gum
That keeps me stuck out on the floor...

You're jabbin' me
You're jabbin' me
Quit jabbin' me
Baby, you keep hitting me
   turning with your elbow
I'd say that I'm ok
if my lips didn't swell closed

Quit jabbin' me...
